It is intended partly to provide an opportunity for you to familiarize yourself with some of the Internet tools that we will be using this semester, and partly to provide me with information that will be used in administering the course and in making team assignments for group projects. Consequently, although the assignment will not be graded there will be a 15 point penalty for failure to complete it by the due date.
