If you are enrolled in this class, I recommend that you bookmark this page to facilitate downloading of the materials posted here for your convenience. The textual materials available here are presented via frames so that, where appropriate, the red bar on the left of the screen can be used for an active index or table of contents. If you are printing these materials out, therefore, you need to be sure that you have selected the text on the right and not the frame on the left. These are copyright materials, although they are not private and you are welcome to view them even if you are not enrolled.
